Fall in Love with Fall

11/06/2016

Fall is one of the most romantic time to visit the Florida Keys. Nestled away from the cold, the weather stays in a balmy state of summer during the fall months. Here are some of our favorite romantic activities:

PICNIC AT ANNE’S BEACH

We can’t think of a more romantic activity than a picnic on a beach. Head over to this picturesque shore and nibble of the delicious goodies you’ve packed. Frequented for sunning and swimming, pack a swimsuit and towel. Take a stroll down the boardwalk that cuts through the mangroves walking hand in hand.

GO SNORKELING OR DIVING

Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the first underwater preserve in the United States. Nothing says romance like identifying 55 types of coral reef and more than 600 species of fish together. Couples are offered an opportunity to be adventurous and dive and snorkel, or you can relax while taking a ride in a glass bottom boat. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to explore the only living coral barrier reef in the Continental United States.
