  • Fabulous resort in the heart of Fish country!

    What’s great about Amara Cay was the location to places such a Lazy Dayz, Bud and Mary’s Marina, Robbie’s of Islamorada and even Whale Harbor a little north from the resort. These are my usual stomping grounds for fishing so it made waking up, getting out of bed and onto the water a breeze!!

    Photos don't do the property justice! It's beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had the most beautiful ocean front suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms!

    The best of the resort is the service from the front desk to the housekeepers are so friendly and always helpful. The room was so clean, spacious and with all the stuff in perfect conditions. We really enjoy out time there.
